A visit is priced as a half day minimum, so it's worth getting the list together. Three or four jobs in one go is where it makes sense.
Anything that legally needs a licensed trade: electrical work beyond changing a fitting, plumbing beyond taps and washers, restricted building work. We'll say so and can point you to someone.
Common stuff yes. Specific fittings or hardware we'll confirm with you before the visit so there's no second trip.
